It’s a large dress or cocktail ring, but has also been worn as an engagement or wedding ring. 

The pearl shown is 15mm white South Sea pearl, with natural white diamonds on the sides set in 9ct white gold. 

It can also be set with pearls 15mm – 18mm, gold or black in colour and have facetted or cabochon stones on the sides.
